Numerous local health authorities now require all food establishments handling open, potentially hazardous foods to provide a person in charge who must be licensed as a Certified Professional Food Manager.

Our food management certification class is designed to help you achieve that goal, in an easy to learn format, that will hold your interest while teaching you the principals of safe food handling, using PROMETRIC, nationally recognized teaching materials and exams. Unlike classes that may be strictly lecture based and are tedious to sit through, our classes segment the learning experience into a variety of teaching activity including videos, visual aids and lively lecture from food industry professionals.
